2024 Fundraiser and Dinner


We are still bringing all the details together and here is what we have so far:

Friday March 15th, 2024

New this Year … TICKETS FOR FRIDAY so as to help obtain an accurate food count.

  • Doors open at 3:00 pm
  • Outfitters’ Night, meet with Outfitters
  • Games, raffles, & Silent Auction up til 7:15 pm
  • Dinner starts runs from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm.
  • Live Auction (about 50+ items)

Saturday March 16th, 2024

  • Doors open at 2:00 pm
  • Meet with Outfitters
  • Raffles, Games, & Silent Auction up til dinner
  • Dinner begins at 6:00 pm.
  • Live Auction (about 60+ items) begins approx. 7:40 pm


Value, excitement, and many chances of winning await you on this spectacular event at Eagle Eye Banquet Center!  We will have Outfitters from around the world for you to visit with, storytelling, great food, raffles, and auctions to support the Hunter Advocacy, Conservation, Education, and Humanitarian mission of Safari Club International and the Lansing Area Chapter.

Join us Friday evening at Outfitters’ Night to visit with outfitters and enjoy a fabulous “open house” style Buffet feast of TBA.  Play raffles and bid on silent auction & live auction items.

Saturday continues with meeting Outfitters, a silent auction, the live auction, many firearms to be raffled/auctioned, merchandise raffles, and a delectable Buffet dinner featuring a Chef carved prime rib, TBA, and pie (Pecan, Key Lime Raspberry, and Tom’s Cheery Cherry Berry Berry) from Sweetie-licious Bakery Café who has earned 21 First-Place Ribbons at multiple National pie competitions and is a winner of the Food Network Pie Challenge.  Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the door.

Friday and Saturday nights will feature an open beer, wine, and soft drink bar (TBA, 2 Reds, 2 White). Both nights will have a cash bar for liquor.

Each paid SATURDAY admission ticket will receive a new commemorative glass from the event and an entry into multiple American made Grizzly cooler drawings (with one winner drawn for every 50 tickets sold, membership drawing, and survey drawing – approx. 7 coolers).

Friday and Saturday’s Live Auction will have dozens of hunts from around the world, custom firearms, fishing trips, vacations, gear, and more.  Play the “Crown Jewel” raffle on Friday AND Saturday night to win your choice of auction item from the live auction as your prize before the live auction begins (only 100 tickets sold each night, must be present to win, details on ticket).

New this year … tickets must be purchased for EACH Night you plan to attend (Friday and/or Saturday). Check your ticket purchase … make sure you have a ticket for each night you wish to attend.

Both nights will feature meals, open beer, wine, and pop bar, along with Saturday door prize entries that will far surpass the cost of each night’s ticket. This change is being implemented so as to better capture the Friday attendance count for a more accurate food order (hate to be short or order far too much).
